    Gospel High School is a NZ missionary run school aimed at granting Christian education to all walks of life. Some of the renowned principals included Mr Crane and Mr Stormed. Middle to high income families helped subsidise tuition for children from low income families where there are significant barriers and know vulnerabilities. It was comforting to see Home of Compassion actively involved in enriching each child in need through donations including blankets. We often have the privilege of receiving a Gideon mini bible to help us all in our faith. Of particular interest was how the school staff encouraged unity when division was at our doorstep with riots in Suva during the first coup. As the announcement came over the radio, Mrs Delana and her team got us together to reassure us of our safety. I have since migrated to Australia and remain humbled for the love and support the staff and peers at Gospel. God bless this school and his custodians in their work.
